Progressive Aerodyne, Inc. is in need of a Marketing Assistant for a temporary assignment with a duration of four (4) to five (5) months. The Marketing Assistant will help coordinate and implement various marketing projects as directed by Management.
Creating and maintaining marketing materials (product fact sheets, staff resumes, brochures, presentations) using Word, PowerPoint and Excel to update and track company programs.
Work with management/sales team to improve the company's website. This will include writing the contents for the website and being creative to attract audience to our products.
Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications and success stories.
Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
Responsible for branding, advertising, trade shows, company events and promotional collateral.

Associate degree in Marketing, Advertising or Journalism. A Bachelor degree is a plus.
Minimum of (2) two to (3) years of relevant experience writing and creating marketing materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Experience maintaining website content (Joomla is preferred, but not required).
Proficient with social media such as Facebook, Linked-In, Youtube, etc.
Solid writing, editing, and proofreading abilities along with strong organization and time-management skills.
Artistic and creative ability to effectively promote our products.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, meet multiple deadlines, and be resourceful.
Extremely detail oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
